The Spark
It all started in 2010 in Mérida, Venezuela. What began as a small children's collection for a local Christmas market quickly turned into something magic. We didn't have a massive studio or high-end fabrics; we had a borrowed vintage Singer machine, a pair of old jeans, and a curiosity that wouldn't quit.
The Craft
While working in a bookbinding shop, a whole new world of leather and paper opened up. We spent months obsessing over hidden stitches, hand-painted details, and structural design until the first "perfect" bag was born. That's when Creyones truly came to life—creating backpacks and notebooks for people who refuse to blend into the "clone parade."
The Leap
Growth was fast, but the political situation in our home country forced us to make a heartbreaking choice. We left everything behind, but we couldn't leave our dream. In our only suitcase, we packed that heavy Singer machine and a handful of materials. We traded the tropical heat of Venezuela for a cold European winter, but the fire for design kept us warm.
The Rebirth
Today, Creyones is reborn in Europe—stronger, more experienced, and more inspired than ever. We've traded our old jeans for premium materials from local providers, but our soul remains the same. We are a team of dreamers making handmade goods for the "Crazy Ones."
