GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Business Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations arising from or in connection with the purchase agreement concluded between the Seller, Lisbeth González, carrying out business under Trade ID: 17915520, non-VAT payer, based in Mezirolí, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), and any natural or legal person purchasing customized or standard goods through the web interface at www.creyones.com (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer").

CUSTOM-MADE AND TAILORED GOODS EXEMPTION CLAUSE

The Buyer explicitly acknowledges that a core feature of the Creyones platform involves an interactive digital canvas customizer allowing the configuration of individual multi-part color and material selections.

Pursuant to Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), a consumer CANNOT withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods that have been customized, tailored, or modified according to the specific consumer's explicit wishes or for their unique person.

BINDING EXCLUSION NOTICE

Once a customized backpack or notebook design configuration is finalized and sent to production following payment confirmation, the standard statutory 14-day return/withdrawal window without giving a reason ceases to apply to the order. The contract cannot be canceled for reasons of subjective taste once manufacturing has begun.

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

The display of goods within the Webnode online catalogue is informative only.

The contract is officially formed when the Seller explicitly confirms receipt of the customized order via an automated or manual email to the address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is entirely responsible for reviewing their full custom configuration canvas layout prior to finalizing and paying for the checkout run.

Handmade Product Characteristics and Variance

The Buyer explicitly acknowledges that Creyones products are individual, handmade goods. Due to the artisanal techniques, manual assembly, and unique material properties inherent to custom workshop production, every single product made by the Creyones Brand will be in some way different from another one of the same model. These minor structural, cosmetic, or proportional variances are characteristic traits of artisan craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects under the warranty guidelines.
